Art Passport Voucher must be downloaded or printed at the time of purchase; Your Passport
voucher is valid for 1 year from your purchase date. Each Voucher with unique ID is valid to
exchange for one Passport book. Present the voucher at any member museum to exchange for
a Passport booklet. Once exchanged, the Voucher is expired. Vouchers cannot be replaced if
lost, stolen, or damaged. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Misuse
of this Voucher is a criminal offense. Purchaser accepts responsibility for any misuse of this
Voucher and the Passport and consents for credit card to be billed for any misuse. This Voucher
is non-transferable and may be redeemed only once at each museum. Once exchanged for a
